Chanelle, one of Ireland’s leading manufacturers in animal health pharmaceuticals has teamed up with the Irish Cancer Society and turned one of its liver fluke products pink as part of a fund raising initiative for cancer research.
For the second consecutive year Chanelle has committed to donate €5 for every pack sold directly to the Irish Cancer Society, last year Chanelle donated €5,000 as a direct result of this promotion.
The much needed funds will be used to support cancer research and essential services including information, advice and support services for families throughout the country who have been affected by cancer.
Tribex 10% is a product used by farmers to treat liver fluke, a common parasitic disease of both cattle and sheep. The special 7.2 Litre promotion pink pack, approved for use in dairy cows, will treat 100 cattle or dairy cows for all three stages of liver fluke.

Farmers can support the initiative by purchasing Tribex 10% Pink Pack in their local Co-op, veterinary practice or merchant store where the product is now on sale. Chanelle will donate €5 for every pack sold.
